Spa Policies

These policies help us provide safe, professional, and timely service for every guest. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies below.

Last updated: July 31, 2026

Booking and Availability

Appointments may be booked online or by phone. Walk-ins are welcome when space and therapists are available, but advance booking is recommended.

Couples massage, four-hands massage, longer sessions, evenings, weekends, and other peak times may have limited availability. All appointments depend on therapist, treatment-room, and service availability.

Arrival and Intake

Please arrive on time and allow a few extra minutes before your first visit for intake or consultation. A completed intake form may be required before service begins.

If required intake information is not completed in time, the service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Late Arrivals

A late arrival may reduce the length of your session so the next guest is not delayed. The full price of the scheduled service may still apply. Arriving very late may require rescheduling.

Cancellations and Changes

Please provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or changing an appointment.

Late cancellations, repeated changes, or missed appointments may result in a cancellation charge, loss of a deposit, or a requirement to prepay future appointments. The amount and applicable terms may depend on the service, appointment length, promotion, or booking terms shown at checkout.

Deposits, Prepayment, and Promotions

Some couples services, four-hands services, longer sessions, packages, promotions, or high-demand appointment times may require a deposit or prepayment.

Deposits, prepaid services, packages, memberships, gift cards, and promotional offers may have separate expiration dates, cancellation rules, restrictions, or redemption terms disclosed when purchased or booked.

Health and Safety

Before service, tell your therapist about medical conditions, recent injuries or surgery, allergies, skin conditions, contagious illness, pain, or any other concern that could affect treatment.

Please disclose pregnancy or related health concerns before booking so we can discuss whether the requested service can be adapted safely. Guests who are sick or may have a contagious condition should contact us to reschedule.

A therapist may modify, postpone, or decline a service when a condition or contraindication creates a safety concern. Massage and spa services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Attire, Draping, and Comfort

For an oil-based massage, undress only to your comfort level. Professional draping is used throughout the service. For Traditional Thai Massage or a stretching-focused service, loose and comfortable clothing is recommended.

Tell your therapist immediately if you would like pressure, positioning, temperature, music, or another aspect of the service adjusted.

Professional Conduct

My Thai Massage provides professional therapeutic massage and spa services only. Inappropriate comments, requests, touching, harassment, or other misconduct will end the session immediately.

The full service fee may still apply, and future appointments may be refused. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, postpone, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary for safety, professionalism, policy violations, contraindications, or other risk concerns.

Personal Items

Please keep valuables with you and check the treatment area before leaving. Contact us promptly about an item you believe was left behind.

Policy Updates

Policies may be updated as services and operations change. Booking-specific terms displayed at checkout also apply. The date at the top identifies the latest revision of this page.
